Throughout our purchase Craig was informative, prompt and understood our needs. The stairclimbing trolley itself seems quite robust and is easy to operate. This device isn’t cheap but I guess that’s what you pay for a quality item. Training provided was practical and well delivered. Recommended.

We have an old stair climber that needed repairing or replacing, Custom Trolleys were great with helping us make a decision. In the end we decided to repair and add a new feature to our existing stair walker for the safety of our staff. As these repairs/upgrades were happening Custom Trolleys loaned us one so that our business could continue with normal operations, they then trained a staff member on how to use the new feature. I would highly recommend Custom Trolleys, I will definitely use them again.

Custom Trolleys from the initial inquiry were keen to listen and understand our innovation need to resolve the safety, high labour and time consuming task of movement of high volumes of bed linen to multiple accommodation facilities while transiting up & down multiple levels of stairwells. This lead to on site discussions and reviews to understand the obstacles resulting in the timely production of trail equipment. Custom trolleys management again attended site to provide training on the equipment and after a few weeks of use attended site to engage our front-line staff to obtain there feedback which resulted in a number of design enhancements. The resulting equipment resulted in reducing safety risk and fatigue & reduced required labour hours. The outcome was introduced nationally across our Defence service contract. I do not hesitate in recommending Custom Trolleys to anyone looking for solutions to provide a safer and efficient service outcome.
